Privacy Policy | Riseform Consulting

This policy explains what information Riseform Consulting LLC collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to riseformconsulting.com, to go.riseformconsulting.com and any landing pages hosted there, and to the email and scheduling tools linked from those pages.

Riseform Consulting LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Riseform Consulting LLC, and "you" refers to a visitor to our sites or a person who contacts us.

Information You Give Us

We collect information you enter into a form, send by email, or provide during a call or engagement. This includes:

  • Name, business name, email address, phone number, and website
  • Information about your business that you share in an inquiry form, a discovery call, or an assessment
  • Scheduling details when you book a call through our calendar link
  • Billing and payment information submitted through our payment processor

We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Card details go directly to our payment processor and are handled under their security standards.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our sites, our website platform and customer relationship management system record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit. Forms and links may carry tracking parameters that tell us which page or campaign a submission came from.

Email messages we send may record whether a message was opened and whether a link in it was clicked.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to keep forms working correctly, remember your session, and attribute a form submission to the page it came from. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of our sites may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations
  • Prepare proposals and deliver consulting engagements
  • Send invoices and process payments
  • Send email you have asked to receive, including resources, updates, and offers
  • Maintain business records and meet tax and accounting obligations
  • Understand which pages and campaigns bring people to our sites

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

Who We Share Information With

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for that purpose. These include our customer relationship management and email platform, our website host, our payment processor, our accounting software, our email and file storage provider, and independent contractors who support delivery under a written confidentiality agreement.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Email Communications

If you join our email list or submit a form, you may receive email from us about our work, resources, and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any message or write to [email protected] and ask to be removed. We will still send email needed to respond to a direct inquiry or to administer an active engagement.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact and business information for as long as you remain a client, a prospective client, or an email subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Financial and tax records are retained for the period required by law, currently seven years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls, account authentication, and encrypted transmission on our sites and platforms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
  • Stop sending you marketing email

Send requests to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Residents of states and countries with specific privacy laws, including California and the European Economic Area, may have additional rights, and we honor those requests through the same address.

Children

Our sites and services are intended for business owners and organizational leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, write to us and we will delete it.
